Cape Liptrap is a boutique family run farm in South Gippsland. A beautiful coastal area on Bass Strait between Phillip Island and Wilson’s Promontory. The area is prized for its fertile and unspoiled pastures, unpolluted ocean air and high rainfall. The grass-fed lambs are slow grown resulting in old school superior flavour from the marbled meat.
