Veal Cutlets (2 pieces 600g)
Our premium veal is lighter in colour, softer and more tender in texture, and delicate in flavour. It also naturally lower in fat and high in essential iron and vitamin nutrients.
Inspiration: The Italians love veal and love simplicity. And with classic Italian flavours, you will be winning every time. In a hot pan, with some olive oil, fry the veal cutlets for 1 minute on each side. Crush a clove of garlic, and sauté with the veal for another minute on each side. Add a splash of white wine, a handful of black olives, capers, and a sprig of rosemary and sauté for a further 2 minutes on each side. Add the pan to the oven and finish off in the oven for 8 minutes. A perfect pairing is plump blistered vine truss cherry tomatoes. Cook on a roasting tray with olive oil in the oven at 180'C for 15 minutes and serve with the veal cutlets.
