Due to the dry ageing process, the product may not last well when frozen, so we advise it is not suitable to be frozen.
Duck Buffet is essentially the whole duck with the legs removed. We dry aged the duck for 7 days which intensifies the flavour and tenderness of this already incredibly moist and sweet flavoured meat.
Inspiration: To be roasted on the crown and then carve off the breast to serve. Delicious with cherries and braised chicory or endive/witlof.
Provenance: Our ducks are sourced through the leading and primary ethical farming producer in Victoria, with the highest certifications for animal welfare.
