Well known as the Entrecote in France, it is a prime cut and the king of steaks. These Marble Score 2+ scotch fillets are superior - ultra tender, super juicy and packed full of flavour. Just look at that marbling and only $16.63 per steak.

Inspiration: Easy to cook on the BBQ or grill (medium to high heat) 3 mins each side. Rest. Season well. Keep it simple and serve with our delicious Béarnaise Sauce and crispy French fries.

Provenance: Gamekeepers Reserve is a new program delivering you a new level of eating quality. All beef is hand selected by Jerome Hoban (co-owner of Gamekeepers) & AMG (Australian Meat Group). Genetically superior English and Euro breed cattle are fed a premium mix of grain for 150 days to ensure the texture, marbling and flavour is exceptional. 

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
