Free Range Lamb Barnsley Chops (3 pieces)
Named after the town of Barnsley, located in Yorkshire in the North of England. These delicious double loin lamb chops are cut from the short loin or saddle. The layer of fat running along the outside enables the meat to baste in all its yummy juices as it cooks.
Inspiration: Sear in a pan to get a good amount of colour. Season with salt & pepper and Gamekeepers Mediterranean Meat Rub and then roast in the oven for 15 mins at 180'C depending on how you like your lamb. Don't forget to rest.
