Ravens Creek Free-Range Berkshire Pork Shoulder Roast With Dried Herbs Seasoning 2.5kg
Berkshire pork is the Wagyu of the pork world — prized for its juiciness, rich flavour, and exceptional tenderness. Our master butchers have expertly sprickled the meat with dried herbs, rolled and tied the pork shoulder to help it retain its shape when roasted.
Inspiration: Pat the meat dry and score the skin. Massage a generous handful of salt into the skin, then let it come to room temperature (about 1 hour before cooking). Preheat the oven to 220°C and roast for 20 mins. Then, reduce the heat to 160°C and cook for another 40-60 mins. The crackling should be golden, blistered, and crispy. Allow to rest for a good 10 minutes, then serve.
