Also known as Coulotte in the USA or Picanha in Brazil, the rump cap is prized for its generous cap of fat that renders beautifully when cooked — delivering deep, rich flavour and a golden, caramelised crust. 

Inspiration: Rub the cap with a mix of 2 tbsp of crushed pink peppercorns and sea salt. This gives the meat a lovely rosy hue, a gentle heat and a striking crust.

Provenance: Carefully selected from only genetically superior British breeds that graze on the lush green pastures of Victoria and Southern New South Wales. Free from added hormones, this beef is entirely natural and 100% traceable.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.
