We've recently been introduced to Forged by Vow — a completely new genre of meat.
This isn't another reconstituted chicken nugget or plant-based patty. It's not vegan or vegetarian, and it's not GMO.
This is cultured meat, reimagined — designed from the cell up for bold flavour and intriguing texture.

FORGED GRAS
Pre-portioned foie gras made from Japanese quail.
Cooking, caramelising, and melting like traditional foie gras, but surprising with the subtle, gamey flavour of quail.
FORGED TALLOW CANDLES
Tallow candles made with cultured Japanese quail foie gras.
In both candle and block forms, this tallow lends itself to a true surprise & delight moment for diners, or as a decadent base — with the subtle, savoury flavour of cultured Japanese quail.
