The Gamekeepers Smallgoods team is led by Chris Roach, 3rd generation butcher with over 25 years’ experience.
Chris and his highly skilled team are meticulous and passionate about using traditional, artisan techniques and the highest quality ingredients.
Only 100% Australian female pork, Australian beef, grass fed lamb and premium grade red kangaroo are used across our smallgoods range.
Premium products such as MB9 wagyu bresaola, flat pancetta, capocollo and guanciale are air-dried in our state-of-the-art atmospheric curing room.
