Inspiration: Become a Wagyu master and cook it like a pro. Bring the beef to room temperature. The key is in the sear and wrap process: sear at high temperature for 2 min on each side, then wrap in foil to rest for 5 mins, allowing the meat to reabsorb those rich juices. For medium-rare, repeat the process but sear for just 30 sec on each side. Don’t leave it to chance - use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
