Inspiration: Low & slow is the secret to tender, flavour-packed pork cheek. For maximum flavour, dust them in seasoned flour — even try black truffle salt for a little twist. Sear until golden. Slow-cook in apple cider or red wine with passata until they're just on the brink of falling apart.
