Numurkah Free Range Christmas in July Turkey Roll - Stuffed 2.5-3kg

Our team of butchers take all the hard work out of cooking turkey and make this magnificent roll of Christmas in July joy rolled up in a loin for you to roast for your big day. Stuffed with delicious cranberries, chestnuts, rosemary and thyme. It's gluten free and pork free. 

Inspiration: Bring to room temperature (about 1hr prior to cooking). Pre-heat the oven to 180'C, and in a large pan, sear the outside of the turkey, to brown the skin (5 minutes), and then put it in the oven for 20 minutes, then lower down to 150'C for a further 90 minutes. Allow resting for 10-15 minutes in a warm place, before serving.
