Gamekeepers Confit Duck (2 pieces)
Duck Confit is an adored, age-old French preparation for duck. The duck legs are slow-cooked in duck fat until the meat is meltingly tender, then the skin crisped to golden perfection.
Inspiration: Preheat your oven to 180'C. Place on a baking tray skin side down and reheat the confit duck for 20mins. Serve with mash potatoes and our Red Wine Sauce or shred warmed chicken oven green beans, cos lettuce, finely sliced red onions, parsley and a vinaigrette for a more summery dish.
