We pride ourselves on our dry ageing program. Jerome hand-selects the very best grass fed beef, free range pork, lamb & duck to go into our state-of-the-art facility.  We produce a range of products for our Melbourne & Victorian chefs and home cooks:

  • 42-day dry aged grass fed beef
  • 28-day dry aged free-range pork
  • 35-day dry aged grass-fed lamb
  • 7-day dry aged corn-fed duck
  • 7-day dry aged Alyesbury-Cross duck

Dry ageing is a process that helps natural enzymes in the meat to break down the connective tissue in the muscle which creates the most tender & flavoursome meat.

Gamekeepers Meat is a family owned, independent butchery in Melbourne. We source our meat from bottom-up and pride ourselves in being a full service butchery with delivery service, allowing you to get what you want when you want it.
