Moondarra Tijima cattle graze on the green pastures that grow atop the volcanic soils of the Moondarra Gippsland Mountain River regions. This very unique wagyu beef is 100% grass fed so has an incredible combination of melt in your mouth sweetness of Kobe beef as well as the wonderful mineralogy and rich flavour of grass fed beef. We have dry aged the beef for 42 days in our state of the art facility to produce extra depth, flavour and tenderness.
